Paul Litschko (Owner/Operator, MBA, BSc., CHSC)
Prior to founding Litschko Consulting Services, was a Plant Manager, Business Unit Manager, and Maintenance Manager. Paul has received his MBA, BSc. and a Blackbelt for Lean Manufacturing. He spent twenty-five years in many different facets of manufacturing. He has held roles of increasing responsibility in VP/Operations/Plant Management, Continuous Improvement Management, Maintenance, and Materials/Supply Chain Management.
As well as his work in Health and Safety Training, Paul works to fulfill complex hiring needs for mid-tier to Fortune 500 corporations. His hands-on experience in many of the roles for which he recruits helps give him a much better sense of the ideal fit. This helps reduce the time necessary to fill a position, efficiently identifying the best possible candidates in the process.
Finally, Paul is an adjunct college Professor at Niagara College and Conestoga College. He shares his extensive experience teaching the following courses: Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and Environment, and Project Management.
